Contributor's comments: If you go today, 27.6.02 to any large fish shop in Sydney there will be Deep Sea Perch fillets on sale. This has been so for many years.
Contributor's comments: They are the same fish. Orange Roughy is used in N.Z. Have also heard it being referred to as Poor Man's Crayfish.
Contributor's comments: I think I've heard this term in Melbourne too.
